Abstract
It is of great importance to build a B-learning model for the students of higher vocational education in China in terms of their all-round development at school against the background of information technology and fierce competitiveness in the field of higher education both at home and abroad . This paper intends to construct a B-Learning model for classroom teaching in vocational college by using B-learning theory and information technology, in which principles of the model designing are discussed, some specific problems analyzed, and proper strategies proposed. It is hoped that what is discussed and proposed here will benefit all the teachers who are involved in higher vocational education in China.
