Study on The Competence Valuation of The Incubated Enterprise in The Incubator

This paper studies the competence valuation index of the incubated enterprise in the incubator, points out that the competence valuation of the incubated enterprise must pay more attention to the growth potential because the incubator hatches the enterprise for its future and the investor mainly invest in its prospect then carries on the analysis from 4 aspects including the strategy making ability, the technical innovation ability, the business administration ability and the market exploiting ability, selects the index to judgment of the incubated enterprise´s growth potential, put forward a kind of method to judge incubated enterprise´s growth potential, calculates the weight of the projects in every indexes and of the indexes by the analytic hierarchy process when the project set was fixed, quantify the index system, establish the competence valuation index system which can be referenced by the incubator and the investor
