Abstract

This paper describes a program experimental complex designed to automate the experiment fulfillment with different variants of the JPEG similar algorithms steps of the image compression. The given complex is part of the work "Development of the compression algorithm of full color display based on Walsh function" [M.A. Karagodin and A.N. Osokin, 2002]. The program experimental complex is written with medium Borland C++ Builder 5 and is a combination of the developed program library for the image compression and graphic interface for the experiments fulfillment with different kind of transformation and image compression or their elements.
