Abstract
In information didactic systems, the automation of self-testing and the control of student external knowledge is carried out using computers and a set of specialized units, the main element of which is the electron coach, called Symbol-Higher Institution. This paper introduces a new unit for the same purpose but with advanced facilities. Called Symbol-SK, it includes the standard computer keyboard with the display for the necessary signal output. Symbol-SK features the password formation informed by the coach to the lead answer, which solves the problems of self-testing and control. Symbol-SK was developed in accordance with the requirements of the information compatibility with previous units for the knowledge control and self-testing which forms the Symbol system.
