Abstract
Highly sensitive laser fluorescent detectors are required for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). In a series of cases using laser excitation sources allows one to solve the problem of reaching low limits of detection even for the agents with low quantum yields of fluorescence. The primary task in designing laser detector lies in the choice of laser source based on the following parameters: radiation wave length, output power, pulsed continuous operation conditions, stability, noise stability, dimension and cost
