Abstract
With popularization of Internet in China, internetwork and information technology have absolutely changed people´s life and work. Internet e-commerce industry develops rapidly, so the talent demands of this industry is rising quickly. Various secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges in China have established e-commerce major, and launched relevant teaching reform and practice according to market requirements, so as to satisfy the social demand for talents. This paper introduced talent training orientation in e-commerce major as well as five joint modes of production and education of our college, and analyzed typical cases of students´ practice and training as well as our exploration and research in talent training scheme planning, curricula construction, textbook compilation, and construction of training project library under the joint mode of production and education.
