On legal constraint of China currently highway

With the rapid development of China´s highways, franchising as a great vitality and competitiveness of the business model is increasingly being used in a wide range of highway construction and operation, and achieved certain results. China´s current system of laws and regulations of the Highway One is imperfect, and the other is not set up for the highway that overall, the strategic management of public infrastructure required by laws and regulations. The need to further promote the construction of the highway system of laws and regulations, as soon as possible a set of conditions suited to China´s highway laws and regulations, management of China onto the highway legal track.
