How to model the evolution of graphs is important for understanding the complex biological networks. A novel growing network model is presented under the principle of recombination, duplication and divergence. Simulated networks show not only small-world and scale-free features, but also have adjustable disassortative mixing and rich-club phenomenon. The later two topological features, which are widely observed in protein domain combination networks, can not be explained by other classical network models.
