  • Abstract
    The current state of the art nonequilibrium Keldysh Greens functions approaches to the calculation of current flow through quantum cascade lasers is based on momentum-independent self-energies. The approach presented here is a step forward in the theory that maintains their full frequency and momentum dependence.
