Abstract :
Taiwan has changed her industry from traditional manufacture to hi-tech now. In these dynamic industry environments, team members work together towards a common goal and share responsibility for specific outcomes of their organizations are become more impartment. This paper proposes an input-process-output view to examine the intervening roles of implicit coordination in the relationship between empowering leadership and team efficacy in team for manufactory industry. We used data from 64 work teams (355 individuals) and their supervisors from organization of manufactory industry. Results showed that implicit coordination is an important intervening variable and plays the partial mediating role of empowering leadership and team efficacy.
