Under biotic or abiotic stress, various genes of plant can be activated or restrained by phytohormones, expecially jasmonic acid (JA) and salicylic acid (SA). The interactions between JA and SA might be synergistic and antagonistic, depending on the stress conditions. The results showed that LeWRKY2 was induced by JA and SA in transcriptional level.
