The balanced scorecard (BSC) approach was adopted to measure the impact of e-business strategy on supply chain integration. The related perspectives of BSC were discussed and coded to explore the influence of the critical factors of B2B e-commerce on supply chain integration. Six international companies were selected and analyzed. NVivo is a tool enabling qualitative data analysis software and it is used to conduct sophisticated data coding as well as supporting various ways to build theories and models. The result of our study are shown and these draw on various theoretical perspectives derived primarily from the synthesis of the multiple data would be used in the analysis of the findings from the empirical case study investigation.
