Abstract :
Ultrasonic technologies find wider applications in different branches of industry.At present the ultrasonic technological apparatus without the checking device and the power controller or apparatus with the separate circuit approach are widely used. But they don´t meet the present day requirements. An experimental device based on the Atmel microcontroller was designed that enables power control of the US device. The designed devices are successfully used in the ultrasonic technological apparatus, intended for intensification of processes in fluid and fluid-dispersible medium (emulsification, dispersion, soaking, clearing etc.), polymeric material (welding, cutting) and hard material (size frail and super-hard material processing)
