Abstract
China is a country frequently stricken by disasters and often suffers flood disasters with tremendous loss. Therefore, flood disaster insurance market enjoys actual and potential demands far beyond current supplying capacity of present insurance industry. Through tripartite gaming model joined by the government, the insurance company and the insurer, this Article, has analyzed herein causes for inadequacy of flood insurance supply of this country, and proposed countermeasures of encouraging insurance companies to participate in flood insurance thereon.
