Abstract :
So far, methods of fault diagnosis have been numerous. But as the complexity of modern equipment, the variability of fault, as well as trends in global manufacturing, it is difficult for any separate organization of independent to complete all the work of fault diagnosis. This article reviewed the equipment fault diagnostic technology in the course of development, in particular, remote fault diagnostic system based on Internet technology, and then on this basis, this paper proposed a new fault diagnostic method, that is grid-based remote fault diagnosis, which integrates the resources of related organization to work together. The architecture of this diagnostic system is proposed, and also the work flow of this system is described.
