Abstract :
In order to improve the performance of a previously made constrained-lens antenna (CLA) for compact range application, cross-polarization-reducing and edge-effects-elimination (CPR/EEE) absorbers in the form of a flat panel are loaded on to the antenna surface, and the radiation pattern of a 500 mm-diameter parabolic antenna is measured at f=12 GHz in the anechoic chamber, which is compared with the corresponding outdoor test pattern.
