Abstract
We have designed and fabricated a novel 8-channel dispersion-controlled phased array demultiplexer. High order dispersion characteristics in the InP-InGaAsP deep ridge waveguide structure enable the wavelength demultiplexing, without optical path length differences at each waveguide
