After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The paper mainly studies an improved process, the conditions of the reaction which is to use cyanamide and hydrogen sulfide to synthesize thiourea in ammonia solution has been investigated. These conditions include the molar ratio of cyanamide to hydrogen sulfide, temperature, the ratio of then ammonia solution volume to the mass of cyanamide, how to feed the cyanamide into reactor.
