Abstract
Here the phage probe as the bio-sensitive film for Light Addressable Potentiometric Sensor (LAPS) is studied. The N-terminal of the phage probes were covalently fixed on the surface of LAPS. Using the back-illuminating system the phage- LAPSs were tested to detect Human Phosphatase of Regenerating Liver-3 (hPRL-3) and the mammary adenocarcinoma cell (MDA-MB231) in the PBS solutions and treated blood solutions. The sensitivities in PBS were about - 3.33 muV/p[hPRL-3] and 15muV/p[MDA-MB231], respectively. And changes were found in different solutions. Discusions are given to these differences.
