  • Abstract
    A digital design and manufacturing of personal skull repair prosthesis is achieved successfully in this paper. Three dimensional model of the skull is reconstructed by CT scanning data from patients. Repair prosthesis is designed by reverse engineering and the Que segmentation technique. The CNC machining process is simulated in the Computer, and completed the manufacturing of titanium skull repair prosthesis, truly realized the personalized skull repair.
