Abstract :
In this paper, based on the property of the long time delay of sinter process, the theory analysis of large delay model is used to describe the relation between the mechanical electric time constant and pure delay time, and the data tracking is proposed to solve the problem of large delay which making the system quality factor go bad. Through the system testing and running on line of two years, the advanced operating mode can eliminate the contradiction of advanced control system with domestic first and second apparatus, and advanced control technology with conventional management mode. The technology can satisfy the continuous running and stable requirement of large-scale sintering machine production.
