  • Abstract
    To solve the problem that false alarm rate elevates when detecting moving targets in strong ground clutter, a time-frequency 2D detection algorithm is presented. The algorithm is researched and analyzed firstly. Then the system hardware based on DSP is designed. Algorithm program is realized by using C language and the ground moving targets detection is accomplished. Pre-processing module, A/D conversion module and DSP signal processing module are designed. The software function and its realization method are discussed. Finally, ground moving targets detection is realized via this hardware. The application of the system in army shows that the operation of the system is stable and reliable, and the algorithm could reduce the detection false alarm in ground moving targets detection.
