The evaluation index system of enterprise informatization based on competition principle

Based on analyzing the research status of the evaluation index system of enterprise informatization, the paper puts forward new principles for constructing the evaluation index system of enterprise informatization, which are taking the enterprise as the core and changing the subject of the evaluation, with fully reflecting the competitive power of the enterprise as the starting point. Then, the paper compares the constructing thoughts of the new and the previous index systems. Finally, according to the new principles, the paper proposes a set of evaluation index system of enterprise informatization, including four first grade indexes: informatization quality, construction of cooperative systems, application level and informatization environment. In addition to the breadth and the internal environment of enterprise informatization, the depth and the external environment are also taken into considered comprehensively in this index system, which is beneficial to measure informatization level and competitive power of the enterprise.
