Abstract :
As the most important equipment in compressor station, the performance of centrifugal compressor unit is highly concerned with safety production and economic benefits of gas-transmission enterprise. In order to ensure well operating condition of centrifugal compressor unit, we should firstly make clear the design principle of index system of risk assessment, and establish the reliability block diagram (RBD). Then, based on above mechanism, the main trouble factors of centrifugal compressor unit can be obtained through the analysis and screening of experts. In this work, the structure of index system of risk assessment was built and the weight of assessment index was calculated for key equipments of compressor station. Finally, a suitable index system of risk assessment was established which can provide a reference for next quantitative risk assessment.
