  • Abstract
Based on external electric field, the in-vivo coordination is measured and error correction is operated by coordinates transformation. According to various electrical impedance of homogeneous medium, variable regularity of electric potential gradient within constant electric field is researched. Furthermore, the solution procedure of accurate measurement for spatial location is developed. The maximum deviation between actual value and measuring result is ±1.056 mm, and size relative error is less than 5 percent of the whole deviation in this system. Through experimental results, it can be concluded that act as a new three-dimensional (3D) navigation technology, this method can provide proper registration accuracy for interior coordinates measurement and technical support in endocardial mapping.
