Abstract
With plastic deformation below the temperature of recrystallization (cold plastic deformation), no crystallization and growth of new grains occur, and consequently, any decomposition of the crystallographic and metallographic texture deformation does not develop. In this connection, the research into the laws governing the process of the crystallographic texture formation with cold plastic deformation characterized by both shift along basis planes and shift over a basis plane of anisotropic thermoelectric materials is of interest. The case study of Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3 is described
