Abstract :
Manufacturing enterprises competitive advantages mainly from the manufacturing sector competitive priority is access to an important means of competitive advantage. This paper manufacturing enterprises in China to the actual situation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises competitive priority status the empirical analysis, the application of international manufacturing strategy research project (International Manufacturing Strategy Survey, IMSS) data, using factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis through the analysis of the various de facto, that the competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing enterprise has accumulated between priority, but the cumulative model specific forms have differences with the global enterprise contrast, the performance of some manufacturing capacity significant advantages (quality, flexibility and innovation), or inferior (cost); priority in the competition for the future relationship between the forecast, Chinese manufacturing enterprises will be the emergence of new forms of accumulation, the study of Chinese manufacturing industry to create a competitive advantage to provide the core ideas.
