Abstract
The Measuring Web Effectiveness: The User Perspective minitrack is a multidisciplinary forum for considering issues related to the effectiveness of Web searching from the user¿s perspective. The minitrack examines the behavior of users seeking information on the Web. This is allows us to bring into the discussion, considerations of the impact that design choices in the development of new Web systems and tools have on Web users engaging a wide range of expertise, including human computer interface design, information seeking behavior, and information management.
