  • Abstract
    Under the supply chain management environment, the appropriate supplier selection has an important meaning to supply chainpsilas overall competitive ability. A system of evaluation indices for supplier selection is put forward bases on manufacturing enterprises, and a multilevels model combines entropy weight and the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) is constructed. Because the improved method--entropy weight is adopted in the model, the subjectivity in ascertaining factorspsila weights in lower hierarchy can be avoided. Through the using of the improved model in supplier selection in one of the manufacturing enterprise, carries on an example analysis with it to get the order preference of suppliers and ascertain the most excellent and ideal supplier for the enterprise.
