Research on the top management team operation and optimization mechanism in the enterprises based on Individual Ecology

Based on the methodology of individual ecology, this paper regarded the top management team (TMT) as a life body and explicated the mapping relations of the TMT-life body link. On the basis of such hypothesis, the paper constituted the TMT operation system, revealed its strategic influence mechanism by exploring the impact of TMT life system and its ecological environment on the TMT strategy formulation and strategy implementation, identified the crucial influence factors and looked upon them as improving objects, then provided several optimization paths directed against those affecting elements. Hereby, the paper resolve the problems that both of dasiawhat to optimizepsila and dasiahow to optimizepsila at the same time. The research will be useful for the enterprise to promote its TMT optimization mechanism.
