Abstract :
Technological changes rapidly, so that some new modes of operation have been invent, the enterprisepsilas operating environment has become more volatile. As the open system in a dynamic environment, in order to maintain enterprisespsila own sustained competitive advantage and organizational flexibility, enterprises and the environment should be matched. This thesis structure an adaptive control model of the enterprise organizational based on the adaptive control theory. In the circumstances which operating environment is changing, enterprises through amend the structure or parameters of model, can automatically adjust their own operating parameters of the information and resources to maintain and adapt to the environment of the operation, and benefit to enterprise to survival lively and develop sustainable in a lasting period of time.
