Abstract
The FT / ORANGE Telematics group aims at experiment nomadic device architecture & integration to support telematic services deployment in vehicle environment to evaluate user acceptance. Nowadays, drivers & passengers have personal device like smartphones which include more & more telematic services. This market fills the gap induced by the life cycle problem of the on-board telematic services in vehicles. Among added value smartphone services like navigation, traffic information, contact less payment which will benefit from this global architecture to reach European consumer market. There is a nomadic device integration which provides telematic services into the vehicle ergonomic user interface. In this definition, ORANGE brings its expertise in Telecommunication & Telematic service field to propose the most suitable architecture for introducing the nomadic device integration and services in vehicle environment.
