  • Abstract
    We propose a performance measurement method that uses both active and passive measurement data to infer the actual performance seen by users. With this method, the performance for individual users, organizations or applications can also be estimated. An actual implementation of the proposed method is examined through simulation. We also evaluated the estimation accuracy with respect to both the measurement interval and the number of measurements.
