Abstract :
Adopting organizational learning theory, enterprise strategic change derives from organizational strategic variation routine and takes organizational learning as the conduction mechanism. In this paper, based on evolutionary game approach, the authors analyzed the evolutionary path of enterprise strategic change, constructed the evolutionary model of enterprise strategic change, and explored the evolutionary mechanism of enterprise strategic change. Simulations of the evolutionary dynamics showed that, the difference of system initial situation leads to the difference of enterprise selection on strategic change. And the difference of initial situation are related with enterprise cost and benefit. The empirical significance values of the conclusion are that enterprise strategic change should take their long-term interest as the direction of enterprise development. Strategic choice based on long-term interest can bring more benefit to enterprise.
