Abstract :
The paper gives a formulation of the closed-loop model developed on the basis of the integral balances method to determine parameters of the plasma layer and boundary conditions at the cathode surface for the processes of energy, mass and current transportation. Presented are the results of the self-consistent calculations for the copper cathode
