Abstract
From the perspective of enterprise strategy, this paper discussed leading process innovation, imitative process innovation, secondary process innovation and the advantages and disadvantages of them. From the perspective of product life cycle, this paper discussed the characters of process innovation at the beginning stage, growth stage, mature stage and regenerate stage (decline stage). From the perspective of enterprisepsilas scale, this paper discussed process innovation mode of large, medium and small enterprises. From the perspective of dynamical mechanism, this paper discussed process innovation mode from the angles of external source and internal source.
