Abstract :
This paper presents a novel scheme which consists of an interleaving technique and cipher simultaneously. The principle of the cipher lies in the random interleaving depth. The results of simulation show that the scheme can decrease the average interleaving delay compared to the conventional interleaving method at the same BER
