Abstract :
A sequential-type detector without channel identification is established to resist multipath-induced interference by exploiting the space-time oversampling and the deterministic correlation (DC). The two-stage scheme is (a) to orthogonalize the channel matrix and (b) to estimate the data sequence via the Viterbi algorithm. The optimal transform matrix in stage-one is evaluated in the sense of minimum mean square DC-error
