Abstract
Based on county section data of Heilongjiang Province in 2006, using Geoda as the major analytical tool, the paper analyzed the regional agglomeration and disparity in 64 counties of Heilongjiang province with spatial statistical and econometric model. The results showed that there were fairly strong spatial agglomeration and autocorrelation in the 64 counties of Heilongjiang province, while spatial disparity was also obvious. This agglomeration and disparity were not only affected by urbanization, the governmentpsilas financial expenditure, the level of agricultural industrialization, per capita savings, and other relevant factors, but also impacted by their geographical location. According to the results of regression analysis, we had further discussions on the relationship between various influencing factors and the regional economic growth. Based on the analysis results, the paper puts forth some corresponding policy recommendations.
