Abstract :
At present, the scale of foreign capitals utilization in Chinese forestry is expanding continuously. While the foreign capitals promote the development of Chinese forestry, they bring many risks. The study on the risk conduction route helps to find the reasons and factors causing the risks, so that the breakthrough point of decreasing risks can be discovered. On the basis of the description of the structure and quality of Chinese forestry foreign capitals utilization, the paper analyzes the direct and indirect conduction route. The foreign capitals will have a direct effect on the development of forestry industry and resource safety, even ecological safety. At the same time, it will also affect the income of forestry staff and the regional gap of China. In the end, some suggestions are put forward to decrease the risks.
