Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

To optimize the extraction and preparation technics of Manhukang Oral Liquid, L9(34) orthogonal experimental design was adopted and rate of extracta liquid was used as an assessment index of searching for the best preparing process. The result showed the optimum extracting technique is to boil 2 hours for 2 times by adding 10 times of water, 60% alcohol was used to precipitate it. Some additives were added into the praeparatum to ensure the quality and stability, and the category and dosage were also optimized. The result indicated that natrium benzoicum was the best antiputrefactive and the content of which was 0.15%; as the pH was 6.0~6.5, the clarity was best, and the liquor could suspend well-distributed and keep stable.
