Abstract :
With the rapid development of Internet and its application in the educational informatization, network courseware has become one of the important resources for network teaching and played an significant role in it. Firstly, the article analyzes that the network courseware making must conform to the general requirement of multimedia courseware, embody the theory of constructivism learning and reflect the basic requirement of self-directed learning. And then the article proposes the fundamental principles of network courseware quality evaluation index system including practicability, scientificalness, adaptability, comprehensive, instructive, collaboration and so on. Finally, it constructs the network courseware quality evaluation index system and accounts for the specifics and meaning of all kinds of indexes.
