Abstract :
The research on perceived organizational justice (POJ) has always been the focus that scholar pay attention to. Previous researches about it have been done from the macroscopic viewpoints of how to realize justice in the overall society. However this paper reviews some theoretical research about the organizational justice , puts forwards different views and makes a summary of effects that each scholar research on the perceived organizational justice and concrete contents, then summarizes the perceived organizational justicepsila structure. This paper else analyses the relationship of perceived organizational justice and employee performance, draws a conclusion that organizational structure influences organizational justice perceptions and the social exchange relationships workers form with their organizations. At last this paper gives relevant management suggestions in order to improve the perceived organizational justice.
