Study on modular motivation planning synergy decision-making base on knowledge innovation

The article provides a modular motivation synergy planning base on knowledge innovation character. First, The author describes knowledge innovation modular model, signed explicit knowledge innovation modular and tacit knowledge innovation modular through knowledge partition from three dimension second, it attempts to elucidate the integration power of the concept of modular motivation connotation in the context of understanding the effective performance of modular motivation in complex knowledge innovation system.
