Abstract :
The relationship between organizational learning and knowledge creation is a hot research topic nowadays. However, the existing literatures on the relationship between organizational learning mode and tacit knowledge creation are rather rare. Based on the questionnaire surveys of hundreds of senior managers mainly from Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing and Jiangxi in China, the empirical study is carried out. The result shows: (1) Learning by doing, learning via conflict have positive influence on tacit knowledge creation, but is less significant; (2) Learning from experiences, reflecting, unlearning, doing by learning, team learning have significant positive influence on tacit knowledge creation; (3) Trial and error learning has a certain negative influence on tacit knowledge creation.
