Internet and the Digital Economy Introduction to the Track

This is the 11th anniversary of the Internet and Digital Economy Track. The 15 minitracks in this track cover a variety of methodologies and technical issues. Some of these minitracks have been in existence for years, such B2B e-commerce and electronic marketing. Other minitracks and issues are much newer in origin, such as systems security, and open source development exemplify these recent entries.. This track will continue to encourage the research and discussion of new ideas, both within established areas, and in newly emerging areas.
