Abstract :
VANET, a Vehicular Ad hoc Network which is formed among the vehicles or mobile nodes. In a self-organizing manner these mobile nodes communicate with each other. Multi-hop routes usually establish by them for communication. In order to communicate vehicles may be equipped with GPS, Wi-Fi, RFID, wireless transceivers and computerized modules. A Modern Routing Protocol for VANETs (MODNET) is proposed in this paper. We have proposed a new approach based on uncertain transmissions. Rather than transferring addresses or points, a message is sent with certain conditions used for retransmission or reception. Our solution can effectively support the high dynamic of networks. Conditions can count on time or duration of the message, position or distance, trajectory and speed or any combination of these conditions.
