Abstract
This paper presents a new type of high frequency, low power CMOS band-pass filter which be applied in high frequency band-pass delta-sigma AD modulator. which be the part of analog front end of RF receiver for mobile use to achieve high speed, low power and high resolution AD conversion. The proposed CMOS Gm-C band-pass filter with center frequency of 2.4GHz with 2MHz bandwidth, 50 of Q factor is fabricated by TSMC 0.18 CMOS process and consumes power of 32.2mW. Compare to traditional Gm-C band-pass filter, the power consumption is reduced by 67%.
