  • Abstract
The conduction current phenomena was SCLC when pulse charges were emitted into dielectric liquids, and peaks occurred in the current-time characteristics. The simulation in this study gave values similar to those of the experiment when the charges with initial velocities (which imply one of the factors of shortening the peak production time) were injected by the thin-film tunnel emitter
