Abstract
In this paper, electrical properties such as dissipation factor (tan δ) and conductivities of acid anhydride-cured epoxy resins added with imidazole catalysts are discussed in a wide range of temperature and frequency. The relationship between electrical properties and concentrations and structures of imidazole catalysts is also discussed
